- Responsible for Talent Aquisition (Lateral & Fresher / Campus).
- Responsible for Learning & Development (end to end).
- Responsible for Performance Mangement process including compensation managemnt (end to end).
- Responsible for Succession Planning process end to end).
- Employee Engagement.
- Responsible for compliance of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000 & SA 8000.
- Responsible for Factory Act & Labour Law Compliance applicable in a factory.

- Interview per offer - % of Selection Ratio (selection / candidates interviewed)
- Recruitment Cost - within Budget
- Replacement Cost - Cost Saving
- Employee Engagement.
- Responsible for compliance of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000 & SA 8000.
- Responsible for Factory Act & Labour Law Compliance applicable in a factory.
- Quality of hire - % of new hires who have been confirmed
- Trainees (Apprentices, GET, MT & DET) training performance review - as per plan
- Design & Adherence to training calendar
- Audit compliance (IMS, SA:8000, Internal, Statutory) - No major NC
- Adherence of Committees Meeting Plan - 100%
- Adherence of PMS plans and timelines -100%
- Preparations & Submission of MIS -100% on time
- Development and execution of Succession Planning (end to end).
- Design & deploy Employee Engagement Plan - Year on Year Basis.
Qualification
- Qualification: M.B.A. / M.S.W.
- System / Software Exp.: MS Office

- 15 - 17 years
- Expert in Excel & Presentation
