Shri Sudhir Agarwal (DIN: 08602216), a Chemical Engineer
graduated from HBTI Kanpur in 1985 is having a total professional experience of about 34
years in the field of Plant Operations and Project Management.
He started his career with a Public Sector Undertaking, M/s National Fertilizers Limited in
1985 as Graduate Engineer Trainee and rose to the level of Chief Manager. He had a
vast experience of handling various aspects of plant operation, project management
etc. in a large Natural Gas based Ammonia / Urea complex.
After joining India Glycol Limited, Kashipur Unit as Vice President (Operations) in July, 2014,
he was elevated to the position of Site/plant Head of Kashipur plant, in May, 2018. He has
been involved in day to day management of Kashipur unit. During his tenure at the
Company, he has played a key role in implementing various initiatives for Productivity
improvement, Energy optimization, Water conservation and Environment preservation.
Mr. Agarwal has also authored/co-authored papers on various topics such as Plant Case
Studies, Quality Management & Environment Management etc.
